St John of God Foundation
St John of God Foundation was established by the Sisters of St John of God in 1994. Over may years it evolved as a ministry of the Sisters of St John of God to become both a substantial doer of good works and fundraiser within the community.
In February 2010 the ownership, governance and management of St John of God Foundation was transferred from the Sisters to St John of God Health Care with a view to ensuring its long term future viability.
Through the Foundation, St John of God Health Care are involved in numerous ministries and continue to be advocates for the poor, powerless, homeless, the sick and marginalized.
The St John of God Foundation aims to raise funds to enhance our capacity to help the less fortunate in our community and to meet the growing list of unmet needs that come to our attention almost daily.
