Ferns House
Ferns House has 28 single rooms all with ensuites, independent heating and cooling and eighteen of the rooms have king size single beds. There is also a 2 bedroom flat comprising of 1 double bed, one king size single bed, lounge, bathroom and kitchen.
The conference room can accommodates 50 with a separate tea and coffee room. There are also several meeting rooms available.

Seaview Units
Seaview Units located overlooking the ocean consists of 3 self-contained units. Each unit has 1 double, 2 twin and 1 single rooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge, dining room, double lockup garage with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All linen is supplied with the exception of beach towels.
