New Membership
I am Nazia from Sargodha in Pakistan. I was an intermediate student and teaching in a local school when I joined the Sisters of St John of God.
I got to know the Sisters when I was very young when they were working in Fatima Hospital.
I joined the Sisters in 1998 and have made my Temporary Profession. I am presently doing my studies of B.A. through Kinnard College.
In Religious Life, I believe we can use our giftedness for others and join many others in bringing about the Kingdom of God. The community life is that kind of life where we can share our thoughts and beliefs in faith and have always trust in each other. We learn many things from each other. Praying together always enriches my life.
The greatest challenge in community life for me is to give time to my Sisters because sometimes I get so busy with study.
We communicate and relate with the Sisters in the Province through letters, e-mails, newsletters and in particular when the Sisters visit us here in Pakistan.
